Artirift Digital Product Terms and Usage License
The artwork, designs, e-comics, e-graphic novels, and all digital content are the original, copyrighted intellectual property of Ummul Banin and Artirift. We assert full ownership over all creative material hosted on this site. First and foremost, purchasing any digital file means you agree to the Artirift digital product terms. Consequently, we grant the buyer a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. This personal license permits you to enjoy the artwork on your private devices.
Moreover, reproduction, resale, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of the artwork is strictly prohibited. This includes using it on merchandise, as an NFT, or as part of a derivative work. Clearly, such actions constitute copyright infringement. We take the protection of our work very seriously; therefore, we actively monitor the internet for unauthorized uses. We reserve all legal rights to pursue action against unauthorized use, plagiarism, or theft of our unique visual content. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to respect these ownership rights.
Our Policy on Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the fundamental nature of digital files, all sales from Artirift are final and non-reversible. Consequently, once you purchase an e-comic, illustration, or digital painting, and we deliver the download link, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or money-back refunds. This stringent sales agreement exists because digital files cannot be physically returned. Furthermore, we cannot revoke or track their use once you download and save them to your device. Nevertheless, we guarantee that we rigorously test all files for quality assurance and proper resolution prior to sale. If you experience a technical issue with a file download, such as a corrupted file or a broken link, please contact our support team immediately. We will promptly re-issue the download link or assist with the access problem.
